Is there a certain amount of time i should wait in between taking rolaids and medication or otc meds? i'm wondering if it interferes with absorption?

No specific time: You are right that OTC Roland's could interfere with the Absorption of certain medications but there is no specific time you should wait- as a rule of thumb try not to go over the daily maximal dose which is 12 tabs daily.
