Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) would not: cause a structural cardiac defect. At your age, your aortic stenosis may be congenital & mild enough not to have caused symptoms. See a cardiologist to clear you for stimulant use & monitor your BP & heart rate, since Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) increases both a bit. I monitor HR & BP in all patients on meds & send most for cardiac evals. Only once in 38 years could I not use stimulants.
