Yes: Different medications can precipitate mood changes or cause adverse effects. I would tell your doctor right away about the anger issues and find out what he/she recommends. Sometimes time can help but if the symptoms are severe then the medication may need to be switched sooner rather than later.

Yes: See doctor to reassess Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) dose or consider alternative med, eg, Strattera, methylphenidate. Your child should be calmer on any ADD med, not more irritable. Best wishes.
