Pemphigus vulgaris: Tbnios is a very rare auto-immune disease. Your best option may be to be seen at a teaching hospital, or at a Medical School. You may need the services of an Internist, an Endocrinologist, an Oral Pathologist, and/or a Dermatologist. There are new treatments available besides steroids.
