Data is lacking: I have not seen any randomized control study to show the efficacy of the product. Depends on the cause of infertility, I believe you need seeking for gynecologist or fertility specialist for consultation. For example, if you have ovulation problem, you may need medication to help your ovulation. I don't believe that the lubricant can help your ovulation.
