True: Mineral oil has minimal effects on sperm. It is ok to use when trying to conceive. That said, use only what you need, and use it only where you need it. A small amount on the glans of the penis, or at the entrance to the vagina, is fine to use. Water soluble lubricants are more problematic for sperm.
