My dr said i have vertigo. got pres. meclazine and was told to take allegra. did all that for 3 weeks and finally symptoms went away. i was good about 3 weeks and this past sat. oct 30 the vertigo symptoms are back. why? what am i supposed to do now?

Amongst the potential issues include otolithic dysfunction in the inner ear and Meniere's disease. Likely next step is to see an otolaryngologist, and undergo audiological/ vestibular testing.
