Depends: On why you're taking whey. If your goal is to have more bowel movements, then changing to a supplement that has a lot of fiber or at least a whey product that is higher in fiber than the one you're using would be a better idea. But be careful. A lot of whey products can contain a full days worth of calories in one single serving. A non-whey fiber supplement may be a better way to go.
