Nonzero Not seriou: Mucus in stools is often seen in irritable bowel syndrome but occasionally in rectal pathology. Your normal scoping, however, is reassuring. Make sure you drink adequate fluids daily. If you can tolerate them soluble fiber like Metamucil is helpful. Avoid harsh roughage and spicy foods.
