Nasal congestion?: I am assuming that you are not irritating your nose in any way. If you are having right sided nasal congestion also, you should be evaluated by an ENT to rule out an nasal vascular tumors (rare occurence). Otherwise, the nose could be dry or irritated (most common). Use saline nasal spray frequently, stay hydrated, and avoid nasal trauma. If it still persists, see an ENT.
