Talk to doc: First trimester nausea and vomiting can be miserable. Some patients can control with this diet. Eat small amounts like crackers often to keep your stomach coated. Nausea is worse when your stomach is completely empty. Ginger has some natural effects on nausea so try sipping ginger ale. Take your prenatal vitamins at night before sleeping. Talk to your doc about medication options.
