Nausea pregnancy: meals and snacks should be eating in small amounts every 1-2 hours to avoid a full stomach. in randomized trials, ginger has been shown to improve pregnancy related nausea- so that may be helpful. trials have also shown vitamin B6 to improve nausea during pregnancy. if symptoms persist or worsen please contact your health care provider.
