Eczema: Heavy moisturizing creams and lotions are effective for treating eczema. Examples include Neutrogena or Aquaphor. The face is a bit trickier because the skin is more sensitive and it is important to avoid the eyes. Steroid creams are effective in the treatment of eczema. This will require consultation with your internist for dermatologist.
