Viral?: If the problem has been present for less than 6 weeks, this is likely from a viral infection. If it lasts for more than 4-6 weeks, then the answer gets more complex. However if you have any breathing problem or fainting issues, you need to consult an allergist. Regardless , get your blood count repeated in a month to make sure this is not a permanent finding.
