RASH BLOOD TEST: YOU ARE PROBABLY ALLERGIC TO THE LATEX OR THE ANTISEPTIC THAT WAS APPLIED BEFORE THE NEEDLE STICK. CHECK WITH THE "STICKER" AND ASK WHAT WAS USED TO CLEAN THE SKIN BEFORE THE NEEDLE. BEST LUCK
