Sleeping Disorder: Young children can have sleep disorders due to obsructive problems such as enlarged tonsills or adenoids. Usually they tend to snore and wake up at night and may require a sleep study to confirm the diagnosis. Young children may also wake up crying due to night terror or bad dreams. Establishing a bedtime routine w quality time to put them to bed comfortably is very effective remedy for the latter
