Anti biotics?: I THINK YOU SHOULD GIVE 3-4 DAYS MORE IF HE STARTED YOU ON ANTIBIOTICS

Possibly: but doubt it. will probably take several days for the pain to resolve. continue your antibiotics. if concerned see your doctor.
