They are similar: but I think you're asking why is your LH still positive on OPK. It stays positive for many days, that doesn't mean you're still about to ovulate. Ovulation typically occurs 24 to 36 hours after the first LH positive on OPK. positive OPK is not an early indicator of pregnancy. I hope I'm answering your question.
