Is it possible someone can get over epilepsy like it is gone after medicine and will never come back?.

Rarely: If the diagnosis of epilepsy i.e recurrent seizures without known cause is accurate then it can not be cured. If the seizures are due to a known cause and the cause is curable, then seizures can be cured and no need for medications. If the known cause itself is incurable then seizures can not be cured either.
