EGFR of 62 ml/min: You may have a stable EGFR due to the fact that your blood pressure is well controlled. If you want to see what your kidney function is, have a 24 hour urine for creatinine clearance and protein. The "E" is GFR is for "estimated" and your 24 hour urine will get you your actual GFR. That being said, your blood pressure being controlled on ramipril is what is keeping your EGFR constant.

May be okay: Estimating GFR from a spot creatinine is subscientific, annoys both pathologists and nephrologists, and was never intended for individuals but was generated by some curve-fitters in a study of patients in actual renal failure. If you are fit / muscular / big, it will be falsely low; the eGFR fad is making all strength athletes into kidney patients. Your doctor can advise you further.
