Urine test: will need to check urine for sugar and infection. Will also need blood work for sugar . But this could related to you medical condition and may be your medication

Examination: It's time to see your General Physician for an evaluation that includes a full Physical. Between at the examination and the lab tests he/she should be able to give you a pretty good idea as to what's going on and whether it needs treatment or just observation. There are too many causes for dry mouth and/or frequent urination to list here. See your GP.

Does a random glucose test of 104 and a fasting test of 103 signal prediabetes? Have dry mouth and oral thrush, not thirsty and not urinating often and not hungry?
