A member asked:

Does the medical condition commonly known as blue balls really exists?

Dr. James Lin answered

Not really, but....: In my 47-yr involvement in training and practice in urology, I have never specifically read or heard any discussion on this subject, but it has been going around and claimed by few men as circulated online. In reality, I do believe it is more mental than physical. Nonetheless, a patient's complaint can not be ignored but attend, examine, and counsel him timely.
