: The cause of persistent urticaria and dermatographism is quite elusive. An allergist is best to evaluate,treat and follow you. Try to think of any triggers such as eating and then exercising, hot baths or showers,etc and bring a list.of ALL meds you take. There is a.monoclonal antibody treatment that my dermatologist states is quite effective.
