Talk about it: There were probably many reasons that you chose this direction. You sound like you are second guessing your choice at this point. Review the reasons for your decision. Your OB agreed, apparently. Who questioned your choice and why? These are the issues which you can talk about with a neutral person. In the meantime, put your energy into getting to know your baby.

Guilt/shame: Shame/guilt is just about the darkest emotion people can face. It presupposes that there's an audience to our alleged wrongdoings, and that devastating judgement will be passed. Something to remember is that everyone has something they feel ashamed about; it's inescapable. Find a reputable psychotherapist to speak with. Getting it off one's chest in a safe, nonjudgmental place is the first step.
