Growling stomach and not hungry, what to do?

Without more info...: ...its hard to say, but there are a variety of intestinal noises that are considered highly specific for pending obstruction, hypermotility, etc. Only examination can determine the significance of your stomach sounds.

Mostly not much: stomachs do that. Stomach noise itself is not an indicator of a problem. Different patterns of eating will change it. Interestingly, the same parts of the brain that automatically make addicts fixated on drugs, make doctors unable to NOT do tests! (called the salience center).
