Well: You don't have to be hungry for your GI system to do its thing. Do u get alternating constipation and diarrhea? If so u may consider irritible bowel syndrome. You could try probiotics if the issue is more in the lower abdomen and make sure, if constipated, you are on a product to help go more regularly. An antacid or acid reducer like ranitidine may also help. Good luck.
