See a dentist: You need to make sure the tooth was not fractured. Regardless, the displacement may cause the nerve to die necessitating eventual root canal treatment. If the tooth is stable, no treatment is needed right now. If the tooth is loose, it may need to be splinted so it does not move. See your dentist to have it examined.
