Pathologist...: Radiologists do not read Pap tests. Pathologists and cytotechnologists read Pap tests. If the test is normal, then it will likely be read only by a tech. If there are any abnormal cells, then the tech will give the test to the pathologist to interpret. The lab where the test is performed should answer any questions that you have about billing.
