Hard to say: With this limited info. It can be related to benign things like the composition of foods that you are eating. Some things are more satiating than others like whole grains, legumes(thing beans), and fibrous veggies. But sometimes, it can be a sign of either a focused ailment of the stomach or systemic disease. You need a more thorough evaluation if this is lasting weeks and/or your losing weigh
