Hard to say: If you are losing weight, bothered by nausea or vomiting, having abdominal pain or bloating, or bowel(pooping) habit changes I would review this with your doctor sooner rather than later. If you're not having any of those issue, stress may effect both your appetite and how quickly you feel full. If this symptom persists for more than a week or two, I would see your doc too.
