Eggs if you have no: Food allergies to them, grass fed is best. If you eat protein like this in the morning, it will give you a longer staying power, and keep your concentration and energy high with the trace minerals found in them. You always want to have some fruits or veggies, or eat organic steel cut oatmeal, with berries. Stay away from Pop Tarts and other sugary cereals. They will drain your energy. Hydrate well, and stay away from coffee. Drink purified spring water instead.
