Perhaps: Fraxel or other laser treatments can help wrinkles under the eye, but first a doctor needs to evaluate your skin to make sure you're a good candidate for the procedure. Darker skin types may have more complications. If the wrinkles are due to excess skin under the eye you may not be satisfied without a surgical procedure like lower lid blepharoplasty ("eyelift")

Depends: A board certified plastic surgeon will have to evaluate your skin to determine if you could be a possible candidate for the Fraxel treatment. The Fraxel Dual 150/1927 offers two lasers, one to target the surface for tone and texture and one to target the deeper layers to treat fine lines and acne scarring. Results can be seen immediately but will gradually improve for the following 3-6 months.

Very good: Like any treatment, as long as expectations are reasonable, the fraxel can get very good improvement (not perfection) in skin rejuvenation.
