Despite the movies: about zombie apocalypse, death is irreversible. However, neither adderal or opiates generally kill nerve cells, unless you OD and deprive them of oxygen. Amphetamines can damage cells in the limbic system in the brain, and heavy chronic users, especially of methamphetamine, may develop organic brain syndromes that are not reversible. Stop doing this, get counseling/help from your doctor/therapist
