Hard to say : Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) taken in appropriate doses for a diagnosis of ADHD should not cause heart damage. In the case of abuse or overdose you can experience loss of blood to areas of the heart leading to dead tissue similar to what one would experience from using cocaine.
