ADHD: Attention deficit disorder and hyperactivity is a delicate condition. Medication is useful but other variables are often ignored. Proper sleep, avoiding caffeine and refined sugars as well as keeping a structured environment helps as well. Check any other meds you take that may cross react. Discuss these with your doctor.
