No vision: I am guessing you mean totally blind rather than the appearance of no eyes in the socket. The blind who are born that way generally can function well and socialize well. Acquired blindness after being normally sighted is much harder to adjust to and is a more tragic issue. It is harder to deal with what you have lost than what you never experienced in the first place.
