I'm confused as i've taken a digital pregnant test that showed pregnant yesterday. today i went to the clinic & they said negative with no explaination.

Not reliable: The digital and urine ones are not as reliable since many variables affect how they work. The best is in blood, and therefore if that was done then its negative for sure. You always need to confirm these with a blood test. Sorry!
