Curative effect: Psychotropic medications of all types are not "cures". SSRI's like Fluoxetine increase the availability of serotonin for the brain to use and metabolize. As for side effects, the most common are the gastro intestinal type. However, rare and more serious effects are listed on the bottle. A google search would be more informative there.
