See details: Try ice, Advil or Aleve (naproxen) first. If the pain persists, have it evaluated. Hip bursitis often resolves with a local cortisone injection.

Don't be on your : side, sleep on your back and ice the region and/or take OTC NSAID if no medical reasons why not to use those types of meds. Stretching wo hrlp too but the hard bunk in terms of being on that side is what you need to adjust.
