Unlikely: I doubt that only one CT scan would increase your cancer risk at all. If that was the case, can you imagine how many new cancer cases we would see every year?

Very slightly: All radiation slightly increases cancer risk. No one knows exactly how much but increased amounts of radiation cause increased risk. You don't say what type of CT scan. According to http://www.xrayrisk.com/calculator/calculator.php a brain CT may cause cancer in 1 out of 8000 while abdominal CT can cause cancer in 1 in 2000. The information obtained is considered worth the risk. See comment:
