No sweat....easy!: Get your cavity treated, especially while it is small! It will be easy, painless, and save you more trouble down the road. It will not go away on its own. Fear is understandable for your first filling, so ask your dentist if you can be prescribed a mild anti-anxiety medication to erase your nervousness. Good luck!

See your dentist: It's nothing to worry about! It won't hurt at all. Good luck.

First cavity: You are doing the right thing by getting it fixed now while it is small. This means is will be quick. Talk to your dentist about your nervousness. They will understand and may recommend that you bring your favorite music and headphones, gas, sedation or meditation to relax. There will be noise and vibration! But it will not take long. You will get thru this.
