Fentanyl: Fentanyl is a very strong opiate (narcotic). It is mainly used for cancer pain. Normally measured in micro grams. Not milligrams. 0.5mg is a dangerous amount and can cause respiratory arrest and death.

That probably means: .5mg in 10 ml which is how fentanyl is used during and after surgery. The second part would be five units (vials) of 10 ml size each.
