Spider angiomas: Spider angiomas are often a sign of portal hypertension, due to liver disease. The spiders will not go away until the liver disease is under better control. I would see your liver specialist to discuss your liver disease and see if there are options to reduce the portal hypertension. In the meantime,do not drink alcohol. Good luck.
