Can you tell me the breathing mechanism using flow rate equation and boyles law?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Vacuum to move air: As I am sure you are already aware, the flow rate equation refers to fluid principles which do not readily explain human breathing. Boyles law is used to describe the inverse relationship of gas and its volume at a particular temperature. Human breathing is driven by movements of the diaphragm that create negative pressure gradients to draw air into the lungs.
