Several: Antidepressants, both newer ones (ssri's like citalopram (celexa), escitalopram (lexapro), fluoxetine (prozac) and many others, and older tricyclic antidepressants (tofranil, Elavil (amitriptyline) and many others) have been reported to worsen RLS in some people. You should also make sure you are not iron deficient, since this can be a cause of restless leg syndrome.
