Problem is we don't know what causes RLS but we don't believe it is due to muscle spasms which is what baclofen would treat. We believe it's more along the lines of some type of neuropathy. From the brain, the legs, a sleep disorder? Iron may have some effect in iron deficient people but otherwise NOT.
