I hear every organ except the heart seems to succum to cancer. why is that?

Can occur: most malignancies occur in glandular tumors such as lung, breast, colon , In rare cases muscles tumors are seen such as leiomyosarcoma of stomach and uterus. The heart on occasion can develop muscle or blood vessel tumors such as myxosarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma and angiosarcoma.
