Good question: I wish I could remember. When I have a question about that, I get out my old anatomy book from med school and look it up. The book is 1100 pages long. I refer to it frequently when I want to relearn what peripheral nerve innervates what structure. For laypeople I recommend Frank Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy. It's available from Amazon.
