Do itchy peripherals mean nerves are healing?

Depends. : Not really enough info to be sure. If things go from numb to itchy that usually suggests function is improving. If they go from mildly tingling to itchy, things could be getting worse. Also, depends partly where in the body we're talking, and over what time course.
