Not sure: You didn't state which benylin (dextromethorphan) product you were referring to. I plugged Benylin Expectorant into the drug interaction checker along with amlodipine (couldn't find strepsils amlodipine). There were no noted interactions for that combination.

Beware: That some Benylin (dextromethorphan) products contain pseudophedrine, which can elevated your blood pressure and counteract your amlodipine.
